Gallatin Valley YMCA Bark & Build is a custom dog house design & build competition, raffle, and most importantly, a fundraiser! Hosted by the Gallatin Valley YMCA and its sponsors, this dog-centric architectural event showcases one-of-a-kind dog house creations by local architects, interior designers, builders, local businesses, the Gallatin Valley community, and the students of Montana State University.
This family-friendly event has something for everyone...teamwork, community engagement, raffle prizes, learning opportunities for adoption and animal advocacy, AND...some lucky raffle winners will go home with cool, new custom homes for their furry friends designed & built by the top talent in the Gallatin Valley!
Any business, family, and/or student can enter a team of at least one member. Teams may include multiple members, but cannot exceed more than five members with the exception of 1) the team building option, or 2) student teams from Montana State University. Teams must register between August 27th and October 11, 2024. It is free to participate the competition, but you must agree to donate your dog house to the Gallatin Valley YMCA. The raffle is a fundraiser to increase our space for Teen Camp 2025. More details are available by clicking the buttons below.
